By downloading, accessing, or using RespondrID ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Babwani Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
THIS APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.
RespondrID is an information management and organizational tool only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.
IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, ALWAYS CALL 911 OR YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY NUMBER IMMEDIATELY. Do not rely on this app for emergency medical assistance.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical treatment because of information obtained from this app. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.
RespondrID provides tools to help users organize and manage personal medical information, including:
Premium Subscription: RespondrID offers optional premium subscriptions with additional features including unlimited medications, unlimited appointments, family profiles, medical document storage, and cloud backup.
Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged through your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Pricing: Individual Plan: $2.99/month or $24.99/year. Family Plan: $4.99/month or $39.99/year. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through iOS Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → RespondrID Premium → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their App Store policies. We do not provide refunds directly. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.
Family Sharing: Family Plan subscriptions can be shared with up to 6 family members using Apple Family Sharing. Individual Plan subscriptions cannot be shared.
You are solely responsible for:
Emergency Alert: Sends SMS messages to your designated contacts with optional location data. Does NOT contact emergency services. Does NOT guarantee message delivery. Requires cellular service or WiFi.
Check-In Timer: Sends notification to your contacts if you fail to check in. Does NOT automatically contact emergency services. Requires active notification permissions and device battery.
Medical ID Display: Shows stored information only. Does NOT transmit data to emergency services. First responders must manually access your device.
You acknowledge these features are notification tools only and do not replace calling 911 or professional emergency services.
You may not:
The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Babwani Technologies LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You retain ownership of your medical data entered into the app. We claim no ownership rights to your personal information.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BABWANI TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
THE APP IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email to your registered email address. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the app.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the app and delete all copies from your devices.
Sections covering liability limitations, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Babwani Technologies LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only, waiving any right to class action proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Babwani Technologies LLC regarding the app.
